Pizza Palace

This is by far the best pizza on the island hands down. The sauce is amazing. If you haven't had one of the open loaded pizza burgers you not truly living. The pizza turn over will change your life. Massive amount of pepperoni. Just smiply perfect! Amazing staff great family business.

When I walked in I met an elderly Italian man waiting for his order, I took this as a good sign. I had heard about their open-faced pizza burgers from the local pub, so gave that a shot. It was delicious! Homemade bread, generous topping, and at the crazy low price of $6 for two open faced loaded buns. I can't wait to try the pizza! Will post again. The Pier is pretty cool - and now even cooler for me!

I went here a couple weeks ago 1. There customer service on the phone was not the best I asked how much the delivery fee was and the guy on the phone was giving me attitude the whole time. 2. When I got there I found out It was cash only i did not know that that is not posted on the website and no one said that over the phone. 3. I said to the guy I did not realize you were cash only so my sister is going to be here in about 5 minutes with the rest of the cash. I only had $25 dollars with me the pizza was $37 he sighed. 4. When we got the pizza it was not even cut up properly so my dad had to cut it so if you want an arm workout order this pizza 5. The pizza was very doughy, sauce well there was barely and very little. I could go to a grocery store and buy a frozen pizza and it would taste a lot better we actually threw this pizza out that's how bad it was I hate wasting food but it was not very edible. 6. Cute little place on the corner I hope they take this as constructive criticism and I hope they can improve.

Rude over the phone asked for half pizza combo half meat lovers with extra meat she said "nope im not doing that.. No way" for ppl that want buisness you sure arent giving it. Really bad customer service

They make the best donair and pizza burgers. Busy place, but well worth the wait!

I've had Pizza from all across Canada. From the West coast to the East coast. Pizza from the east coast is far superior then pizza from any other place I've been. The Best of the Best is Pizza Palace. I have no problem supporting a family run business that produces quality like Pizza Palace does. Pizza Palace is hands down #1 in my books.

I would not even give pizza palace 1 star. My experience this evening was horrible and enough to make me NEVER order here again. I placed an order for an ex large combo with bacon and a baby cheese pizza. When it arrived I received an ex large pep and cheese with bacon . The baby pizza was fine. I phoned and asked for it to be replaced to hear the owner in the background rudely saying "what the bleep is her problem not liking pep and cheese" at that point I said never mind I will be down to get my money back. I brought the ex large back that was wrong and left the baby home that was right. The owner continued to fight with me saying he wanted the baby pizza back as well. I said that was fine I only want the money back for the wrong pizza. He continued to fight with me about this. After a few minutes he gave me a dirty look got the money and said "That's a perfectly fine pizza" I said maybe you should learn to listen to your customers and that I will NEVER be back. It's bad enough when places have staff that is rude to customers ... I think its disgraceful for an owner to treat customers the way this man treated me tonight. So in the end... I guess to order from pizza palace its eat whatever they decide to make .... not what you the customer wants to order. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
