We paid half a hundred bucks for tasteless cardboard. I had to make the sauce for it myself at home because they didn't put sauce on the pizza. The only thing under the cheese was dough. The whole point of a pizza joint is to offer a banging sauce and kickass dough. They have neither of those things, which makes their restaurant pretty redundant. All they had going for them was a couple handfuls of fresh veggies and lots of mozzarella cheese. I appreciated that part, but I could have had cheese and vegetables at home. I wanted pizza. Pizza requires sauce and it has to actually taste like something. Here is what I put on it to make it taste like pizza: tomato paste, olive oil, garlic powder, basil, oregano and lots of salt. Napoli should give that recipe a try.
Moved from Alberta to Halifax area a few months ago. Visited Cape Breton and was encouraged to try the pizza at Napoli. Got a combination with extra cheese and was blown away how amazing it was and well worth the price!!! Lots of regular customers passed thru to pick up their orders in the 15 minutes I waited. My new go to pizza place when in the Sydney area! Parking: Downtown Sydney area so nice that they have a free parking lot for their customers.
Very poorly run to say the least! I was there to pick up a Cheese pizza for a friend and was told that a steak and cheese was ordered. When I said I know what was ordered as I was standing right there when the order was made I was accused of lying! We ended up having to wait while the right pizza was made and was charged for both pizzas. My friend and I have no intent of going back!!!!!
Went to sydney river Napoli pizza and ordered my food when I asked if I could use the washroom and she said no the washrooms are closed to the public if you want people to buy here they should llet you us the washroom. so I had to go down the road to Kenny's pizza and got a slice of pizza and pop in order to use the washroom. For an establishment that is a food place they should let there customers know that before they order there food as you have to wit in your car for the food can't eat in so when it is cold out you either have to pee outside or go to Kenny's pizza and they are a not afraid of cleaning the washroom
We took the Spicy Chicken Pizza. Very disapointing, the sauce was some kind of chinese sweet spicy sauce with so much vinegar it was barely edible. Do not recommand this pizza. No ingredients list in the menu make it difficult to know what to espect. Not that cheap either considering its only take away, 27$ for a 16' pizza with 1 ingredient and too much bad sauce.
Awesome, fresh baked slice. Perfect before heading over to the Eagles game. Can't go wrong with one of the Best in town.
This Pizza shop has ROOTS in the heritage of Cape Breton. Connections to the Italian Mob who ended up cornering the market of pizza with brutal force. I'm joking, they're just one of the pillers that makes Cape Breton pizza amazing. Been around forever-ever. Vegetarian options: For ya veggie nerds... It's an option Kid-friendliness: It's a pizza shop man Parking: Stupid amount of parking for downtown Sydney
Not even worth one star every time i come over here pizzas carpet thin and its cold and they cant even ya a napkin or nothing dont even bother coming here take a trip to joes in northsydney be worth your time $5 even for slice and pop at joes
Did take out from here. Have great GF options. Loads of pepperoni and the donair pizza didn't disappoint. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of GF choices.
Bought a combo, was expensive. The pizza was mediocre at best. The "garlic" fingers was mostly cheese. I personally wouldn't recommend. That being said the sauce they give you was delicious lolFood: 2/5
