Food was super fresh and delicious. Staff is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Sydney. Been here today and I have got to say the service alone is worth the bucks. From the people who greet you at the door to the servers the staff here goes above and beyond to take care of your needs even when it's crazy busy and whats really appreciative is how the managers take to the floor and communicate with the guests making sure you were taken care of and help the floor staff. Will be back for more pampering P.S You gotta try the sliders, they are

Delicious food and fast service as always, but our server was exceptional. Efficient, fast and friendly. The kids loved him. Vegetarian options: Seemed to be more options than I remembered. Kid-friendliness: Server was great with the children. Parking: The configuration of the spots closest to the entrance makes it harder than it needs to be to find an empty spot.

My daughter’s 7th birthday was fantastic! Our Server Canada was very friendly and polite and we felt she went out of her way to ensure my daughter was comfortable and happy celebrating! Went for the first time with my wife and three kids. The food was just alright but the service was amazing. Staff really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Would definitely go back just because the service was that good.

I ordered delivery and they forgot to include a bottle of salad dressing. I called them and 10 minutes later, the kind young man on the phone, personally delivered the bottle of sauce, and free desserts and garlic bread. I hope he reads this and knows how appreciative my family and I are. Thank you!!

Our server was very attentive, came and checked on us often, food was hot and delicious and they made requested changes with no trouble.

Server was good and the restaurant was really clean and nice. The food just didn't have a lot taste. I had the sausage and peppers penne and just didn't have a lot of taste.Food: 2/5

Our recent meal at all East Side Mario's was a disaster at best. The service was very slow,food overcooked and do you only give a small bread for four people while waiting?

The food quality here is always fantastic, as well as the service! Best bread and salad on the island by far. Highly recommend the Cheese Cappelletti :
