5 out of 5!!!!!!! Great service with good staff and a happy atmosphere. Quick to be seated with drinks and menu's. Order 2 apps and 2 pizza The apps came out in 10 minutes and were good as for the pizza they were slow but came out 20 minutes after we were done our mains Came here from the cineplex after a movie and was surprised at the quality. Also it was a busy night with several tables haveing large groups so for a small table of 2 to get food as good and quick as wew did it was a nice change
Was there tonight with our sons hockey team. There were 40 of us and the service was amazing! They took orders and food came out promptly. Clearly they were prepared for our large group and the dinner went smooth and everyone had a great time. Thank you!!!!
Doesn’t even deserves one star. We went there at 10:10pm the lady who is at the front got extremely upset when we entered , we could read that from her face that she doesn’t wants us to be there. They said they couldn’t serve us because they did their last call. I mean if the closing time is at 11pm why they stopped serving at 10:10pm. Please update the information change it to that “dine-in” closes at 10pm so that the people would know. The lady who is on the front was very unwelcoming. Please show some good customer service values. At least try to smile and welcome your guests. It seems like everyone wants to go at home at sharp 11pm thats why they stopped serving at 10pm. awful experience. Mostly because of the bad customer service.
Was very good had amazing service and the waiters were so friendly. the food was pretty good, although the prices were a bit on the higher side and portion sizes were a bit small but overall a great experience. Would definitely come again!
My nephew went to BP for his 19th birthday today! Big 19!!! The server AND manager refused to serve him alcohol, because his birthday falls on a leap year which is NOT this year, therefore his birthday is Feb 28th. They said come back tomorrow, which is MARCH 1st!!!!!! A whole different month. Absolutely ridiculous. He’s a good kid and was just trying to go out and celebrate with his friends, and you embarrassed him. The front of the license ID card says Feb 29th, but the back of the card says, NOT 19 until Feb 28 2023, WHICH IS TODAY, and because there is no Feb 29th this year, they refused to serve him!! Way to ruin a teenagers birthday. You only turn 19 ONCE. Also, to find out from the girls that were with him, that the staff was really rude to them even after they decided to stay and just eat. You will never see my family step foot in your restaurant again.
Definitely one of the better Boston Pizza locations out there. Very friendly service, server was very attentive, and the food was actually good. Boston Pizza usually isn't very high on my "where do you want to go for dinner" list, but I will definitely be making an exception for the Boston Pizza in Sydney. Parking: ample free parking
Service was not good, waitress didn't wait till we were done talking before leaving our table. Over charged for a kids meal and she tried to tell me the dessert was included when it was clearly charged on the bill. My brother said his wings were greasy and not good. He ordered sauce with them that tasted like Franks red hot. My Mom was told a small order of wings contained a dozen...she was given 9. Bandera bread was good, dip was hot and didn't taste good. An all around not good experience.
The service was awful, our food came out sporadically, and our service took 40 min to take our order.......then I had to go find someone after 25 min to get some parm on my pasta, overall just awful service........the food was ok, just ok......we had 2 kids meals that came with dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries that was really spicy with no warning, and the meatballs for kids were super spicy so I'm assuming they used the adult version for the children's menu......definitely won't be going back, it was my first visit and it'll be my last
I love Boston pizza, I truly do but tonight wasn’t the greatest for me.. Ordered boneless wings thru the app and drove 40kms back home with my food just to find out there’s no sauce on my wings or even a cup of it when my order said mild and ranch.. Spent $22 on something I can’t even enjoy
The mojitos tend to be hit or miss, but the foods always good. One of my favorites to go and have a drink and a bite to eat.Food: 4/5
