Terrible customer service, the teams lack time management. They kept insuring that it will only be 10 more minutes. However, I waited over an hour. The pizza taste amazing but they lack customer service

Staff is polite, I've never had a long wait here for takeout. Pizzas were good. If you're debating between small or medium my advise would be to go with medium. The small is like a personal size and a slice is like 3 bites; this means you can fit like one or two toppings only.

Very good for the type of pizza they are making. I'd recommend this Pizza Nova over similar competitor's like Dominos or Pizza Hut any day. They provided a fair product for the price they charged, good service and a prompt delivery. I wouldn't recommend for a sit down meal.

Long time repeat customer. Super friendly and polite staff. Best pizza in the City, consistently delicious. Never dissatisfied. I would have Pizza Nova everyday, if I had the money to spare.

Best pizza in town just on Royal York and Queensway come in case they're delicious pizzas I was very satisfied way better than pizza pizza
