2/3/3023 I tried an online order. Website not working. I wanted 2 pizzas and kept putting me back to previous city lived in.. not ready for prime time. They are making it too hard to order from them. Shame. … so I did an online order, and when I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find order. I had ordered the two sandwiches special. Finally they found it and made it within 10 minutes after apologizing. The veal sandwich was very good. The chicken cutlet sandwich was OK. They need to figure out their online system so it works smooth. I would go back though and try it again for some of the other sandwiches and of course I haven’t tried the pizzas yet. If they can’t find the order again after I get their online order email confirmation comes in, I’ll never go back.
For fast food pizza, it's quite decent. They have a nice menu and large selection of drinks. It's located centrally and ots hard to find nearby parking when you just want to pick up.Food: 4/5
maybe dont put cardboard on top of hot melted cheese and ruin the entire slice next time
Great location and prompt completion of order with very friendly staff. Location is right downtown and parking is not that easy to find but it is convenient for delivery, walking, and bikers. Food was great and was made to satisfaction.Food: 5/5
Disappointing service. The angry guy who work tonight oct 12, 2022 we ordered pizza for pick up 11-ish before they close. It was raining and we tried to walk fast to pick up the order. We arrived there before their closing time 12 am and he welcome us by the very angry face and bad attitude. He almost even throw our order on their counter. unreasonable but still a very bad exerience. Not gonna order anymore.
Basic pizza experience. The pizza was not the freshest and the access to the restaurant is not the greatest, if your driving. The parking is very tricky for timing out front, so pay attention to the signs. I almost got a ticket because of this detail. Lucky for me, I was in and out fast enough. With 2 other pizza options across the street, I may try a different one next time. Sorry Pizza Nova. Wasn’t impressed.
Can't get a simple order straight. Order a veggie pizza no cheese for my vegan wife and an all meat pizza with cheese for me and the kids, they put cheese on the veggie and no cheese on the meat. Then call to get this rectified and they try to blame us for their mess up. Not impressed one bit with the service
It was not the best pizza let me tell you that ! should’ve had gone to dominos. I wanted to try something different worst experience Ever! I ordered A large pizza online for pick up. Don’t get me wrong staff is nice and okay ,when I get there I have the brilliant Idea to add chicken pollini!!!!!!! what a mistake I get to my spot I find a long thick black hair in my bites mix in with the sauce. I know the hair didn’t belong to the Chinese men. Since they had no long hair but the Indian guy who came after and prep my bites awful !!!!
I can't believe I'm writing this. I've been eating Nova my entire life. This store gives pizza nova a bad name. You guys need to learn how to make pizza. I've never had such a bad pizza from a pizza nova.
I've been eating Pizza Nova Pizza for atleast 8 years so when I ordered a pizza from Pizza Nova at 365 Front st West in Toronto and the pie tasted off, I went to the person in charge to privately and quietly let them know. The pizza tasted like maybe a cleaning chemical or something similar had fallen into the pizza and it really burned my throat. Since, I'm pretty familiar with the quality to expect from this franchise, I spoke with the person at the front who brought out the final-boss-guy and I explained the above to him so nobody else would have this experience or get sick, but his attitude left me shocked. He told me that despite burning my throat or whatever the pizza contained, he would not refund the purchase price or make a new pizza because they "would go bankrupt if they had to give everybody their $ back". He was really rude and some of the other customers who were present in the store commented about this as well. When I called the pizza nova number and spoke with a rep who called the final-boss-guy on the phone to discuss, he returned to the front, took my pizza and threw it in the garbage infront of me. He seemed unwell and really agitated so I left, no pizza, no refund. Posting a photo of this fella so other patrons can avoid the place when they see him making pizzas, beware!
