A great old-school Italian neighborhood place, with a few modern twists frozen cocktails!, the Cafe Dip have made maximum use of their patio space during the pandemic. Great seafood pasta, daily specials like veal parm on Sat., loaded pizzas. They do takeout as well, I believe.

Delicious fried calamari!! Delicious Carbonara! Delicious thin crust pizza! Delicious seafood pasta!! All the food was really tasty!! Congratulations!! You get thumbs up for everything we tried

I have been coming to this place for over 30 years.  It really is a Toronto staple in the heart of Little Italy.  If you have not visited The Dip then have you even been to Toronto?  Best patio in little italy.  Great food and a great place to share a drink and people watch.

Excellent service. Excellent food! So glad to be on a patio again!

Tortellini soup had no flavour- just tortellini in tasteless watery broth. I had to add salt, thats how unflavourful it was. I think this place gets high reviews for its patio, which is great for its ambiance - but i wouldn't come here for the food.
