The worst experience I have ever had, first I ordered a pizza online and they delivered the wrong pizza. The delivery driver then confirmed he would have the store rectify the situation but rather I feel me myself calling 45 minutes later to find out no arrangements were made. Afterwards I was told they could do nothing about it other then make a new order meanwhile I am here trying to state the fact that I have a confirmation# true to my original order which is being spit on. The staff I spoke to ( suman & drew ) were increasingly ignorant and rude. I would recommend the Sudbury barrydowne location to an enemy

Brutal this place. Since they moved there store and new owners worst service and takes forever. Used to love pizza hut will never order from a Sudbury store ever again. zero stars had to give them one star to post
