Papa John's Pizza

Best take away I’ve had in a really long time. Ordered an XXL pizza, and it was proper massive. Sides were amazing as well. Didn’t have to wait long, and delivery driver was super nice. Highly recommend.

Ordered a large Greek pizza with stuffed crust for £11.98. Papa Johns charge for deliver now which is a pain. The pizza arrived in 20mins and was oven hot. The stuffed crust was good although some slices had little cheese in them. The pizza also came with a free garlic dip.

Ordered medium pizza deal at 10pm on 12th November 2022 and waited more then an hour for the delivery. Had to call the store 5-6 times but nobody answers. After one and half hour some third party delivery driver comes to deliver the pizza. When we ask him he says I don’t belong to this company and that they told him to deliver it as all of them are drunk. He even said that some else came to the store with the same complain. He gave us the pizza and said if you want you can complain as the pizza was cold and he didn’t take it back. What a shame, not sure how people are allowed to consume alcohol at work.

Not even a star deserve . I’m still waiting for my pizza to get delivered which is ordered from 7pm and now it’s 9,40pm . I’m trying to call them but the phone is disconnected, I will contact their customer service for a refund because in here for sure no one will deliver now, that’s a shame because no one calls me to inform if there are issues in delivery or preparing and that’s really bad because I really loved their pizza but this will be for sure my last time ordering from them. Update : No one show up, keep tried to contact them with no success it’s 10:43pm.

Hi, My order wasn’t delivered. The staff at the store were rude on the phone and claimed that they have tried calling me twice - they also refused to connect me with the manager. Furthermore they claim that they spoke to the concierge - which upon asking the concierge, they didn’t. Nothing was delivered, the charge was taken, and the day was ruined in addition to having covid. Thanks, Danat

I order 2 XXL Pizza and ones it's arrived box was looks Xl pizza , I ask driver pizza is wrong size he said call our store. I call store and explain that u sent me wrong size they ask me come to the store and show me, thats not what i paid for delivery which is this days they carge £1.99 for any order . I said I can sent u pizza picture and i what's app one of their member and guess what he said in picture look like XXL pizza, I order always from papa jhon since open at wembley but I feel like they make me fool this time and i have to say good bye forever no more papajohns. If u face this type of experience then take a next step.

These boys are the BEST! No one in NW London makes pizza as good as these guys. The ingredients are always fresh, plentiful and pizza baked to perfection. Papajohns Wembley is fantastic! Super fast delivery, consistently amazing tasting food and the customer service is great! They have an amazing vegan menu and always have everything in stock. They are very welcoming and friendly on the phone and always go the extra mile to make sure i'm happy with my order. They always delivery it on time, speedy to make sure the pizza is pipping hot upon arrival. I highly recommend eating here, so incredibly yummy! Vegetarian options: Fantastic vegan menu!

absolutely horrible customer service, asked about parts of my order that was missing and the phone was cut in my face, such a shame the food is amazing yet the workers make the experience horrible.
