I'm giving this Pizza Hut 3 stars only because I have to rate the food and atmosphere together with the service. Wish they could be done separately. First of all, I've never liked Pizza Hut's pizza. But I have to say they've improved in the last few years by adding new crust and topping options, and the ability to create your own pizza online. The atmosphere at this location is a huge improvement over the old-school Pizza Huts of the past.  Moving this one into the old Rafferty's store gives it a modern sports bar feel, which is sure to appeal to the younger crowd.
The reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is the service. We had almost no wait, because I ordered ahead online, so that wasn't an issue. And the manager seems really nice. BUT... It was the waiter who was rude. He pointed out, while staring me down in front of my kids, that the special promotion I received online was take-out only, and we were eating in. I said I was sorry, I didnt realize that. My bad. In my opinion, what's done is done. Live and learn. Obviously that's not how he saw it. He made me feel like an idiot. I won't be returning.

Extremely rude service right off the bat. Cashier sighed when I paid cash and vented to me about having to open a roll of pennies and how he "really didn't want to have to do that." When I said what kind of crust I wanted he said "That's great because I was just about to throw a bunch of that kind away. Now I can use it on your pizza!" You can't make it up.

I liked it it would be better if they put out pizzas faster but if you like mushrooms and pineapple than you would like
