From what I have seen and heard. I am very disappointed with how the owner treats her employees and to customers. Rude, judging, mean. Won't be coming back.

Always busy it seems... nice place to stop after being on the lake.  Love the chili cheese dogs!!!!

Fast, friendly service and good choices for a fast food place. Can't beat the $5 (and $6) buck lunch deals, especially now that they are all-day options.

It can get quite busy in there especially around lunch and after work hours, but the staff keep up and process orders quickly.

You can't go wrong with Dairy Queen. Unless your lactose intollerant, then you can go way wrong. Anyway, just as delicious in Grand Rapids as anywhere else.
