Got food to go. It took forever which I would be totally fine with if we were waiting for good quality food but the burgers we got looked like a pile of vomit, it was so gross my 3 year old who eats dirt wouldn't even touch it. We won't be going back which is sad because I was looking forward to a new place with higher quality fast food. Seriously dissapointed. I took pictures that I wish I could post.

VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went in today & ordered a sandwich, i got it, it was in a squished box. And i hadn’t two bottom buns on it. The people were very rude. If i could give this place negative stars, i would. there was an old lady that works there, she was terribly rude. i just wanted some ranch. i also has barely any lettuce, and it was old with brown even. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. i just wanted to spend time with my family at a restaurant and it went terribly. i also ordered some custard and by the time it got to me, it was completely melted. work on your restaurant before serving people.

Love the food and the custard is amazing. Super friendly service and great atmosphere!!! Love this place!! Especially the Georgia Peach custard!

Awesome food. Higher end for fast food. Very good. I'm so happy Grand Rapids finally has a Culver's!!

We are from Mesa, AZ and had a Culver's there for a few years. We LOVE ❤️ Culver's. We did mention to Grand Rapids manager the milkshake here has to be thickened (more of the scrumptious custard). In Mesa it is served with a spoon. It's that thick! 💕🌹
