Hardee's

Went through and they forget part of my meal. Called them and the man who answered was super nice and gave me not only one but two free meal coupons. Very satisfied with their customer service

Super slow. Very bad customer service! The food is great of course but it's really not worth it :/

Both times I've been to this establishment it has disappointed with poor quality food. My last experience, today, the drive through window cashier didn't smile, hurriedly shoved my sandwich at me and closed the window before I could even ask for ketchup... It wasn't busy as I was the only person in drive through, and there were maybe three cars in the parking lot. My Frisco sandwich was barely toasted and soggy, the cheese was cold, and it had one measly piece of barely warm ham on it that covered maybe a quarter of the sandwich. I've been to the hibbing location a few times and am always impressed there. Grand rapids location is now on my "yuck" list. I won't be giving this place another opportunity for my businesses. It's really to bad because I normally love Hardee's...just not this one.

Grand Rapids had a Hardee's for many years, the Arby's moved into that location. Now Hardee's is back with a new building. Awesome burgers and breakfast choices. Sometimes waiting for the food to come to your table can be long, but it's worth the wait. It's Hardees!

This particular store does not have very good service. They seem to be understaffed.
