I have worked with them for 4 months. The staff is really friendly and very welcoming. Pizza being my favorite fast food, I often used to grab pizzas from here for dinner. I have enjoyed every bite of their pizzas, their service and friendly nature towards all customers. They have never compromised in quality and quantity for me. I look forward to visiting this location sooner.
This location really stood out to us hence this review. Really great customer service. Friendly smiles all around. While waiting for our pizzas to be made, observed pizza huts team. They a appeared very helpful with one another. Really great to see a well run, tight knit family like location. We definitely will be back to this location.
The kitchen was empty on a Saturday. I waited 20 mins for my order initially then when I walk back in for pick up, I see the person just start to make my pizza after seeing me. I ended up waiting 45 mins.Food: 1/5
I walked in around 2145 Hours. Ordered the new meat lovers melt, and I gotta say. It came out HoT, crispy, and full of favour. I asked them if I had the option to switch out to a different sauce. And the very kind man behind the counter said "no problem!" They offered to do this free of charge! Whic h I was grateful. The food came out amazing and fast too! This is and always been my favourite location. The pizza melt looked exactly like the advertisement and it's rare to find that from other establishments. Thank you Pizza Hut!
Long gone are the days of Pizza Hut and the dessert bar. However, after not visiting a location in probably over 10 years I wanted to try it out again. Happy to say the food was excellent, crust of the pizza wasn't burned which I find is a common theme these days in many establishments. The cheesey bread, cookie were also excellent. I quite like this sort of meal in a box, not terrible expensive either. Will likely visit this location going forward.
Worst pizza I ever had. There was more crust than pizza. The crust almost extended half way into the pizza. They also sold me a small pizza as a medium. I said this isn't a medium...the older man behind the counter smirked and said "yeah yeah, you see. It fits in medium box". Asked for a refund and he refused. On another day, I ordered pepperoni lovers. There were 2 pepperonis on each slice, and they charge extra for pepperoni lovers. This place will cheat you on ingredients and the size of the pizza just to save a buck. They are so dishonest and ruin the experience. Such garbage practices. No wonder this place has low reviews.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The pizza was overpriced and not satisfactory. The only thing I wanted was stuffed crust and they didn’t give me it as asked. Never going back
Pizza hut Thornhill , 1st- the person who took my order had a terrible attitude, 2nd the list on the wall said $14.99 for a medium, i ordered peperoni & Mushrooms he said it was $21.50. this pizza was the worst that i have had EVER. to my dismay i found a flyer from another pizza store for $9.99 for a medium i will never step in pizza hut again. Terrible quality.
These guys used to be great! They had super awesome pizza! I don't know what happened, maybe the inflation of today, maybe the owner, I don't know, but the pizza quality suffered a lot in the recent months. Something happened during the pandemic to these guys. The pizza is suffering in quality. It tastes like plastic. Sometimes it tastes as if it was made the day before. Their pizzas are no longer tasty and enjoyable. Doesn't make you feel satisfied. Very disappointing!
Pickup only. Don't order online or anything. Walk in the store and order in person. Pizza quality is very good. Update 20/04/20: The place makes the takeout and online orders fairly quick and it all tastes perfect. The toppings are great and the bread crust is the best. Thank you guys. Keep it up.
