If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother and I, along with another table, sat waiting for our order to be taken for 30 minutes. There were a total of 3 tables, small parties, and we did not even get a drink order. We decided to leave along with comment to the manager on duty. He did nothing and said nothing. Poor service and management. Pathetic really.
Our waitress came to our table smelling like a stale ashtray. I'm trying to eat actual food if that's what they call it not a bunch of nasty cigarettes. The service was very poor and I waited to long for food.
If you could give 0 I would. We were delivered a pizza with 2 slices missing after waiting 50 minutes for it. Really!! I thought I've saw everything I guess not!! Said they bumped into another employee and we were to be okay with that! Really! Then the manager said they were too busy to come out and see us when we asked for the manager. She ended up not charging us for our order! Really the manager sent the poor little waitress out to deal with this. Poor excuse of a manager. Poor managing of a restaurant.
Once again a great tasting, hot fresh, exactly what I ordered pizza and the delivery person was super friendly! Thank u pizza hut
I just had the Detroit style pizza from here and it was delicious. I'd definitely order this one again!
They sat us in a booth with no cushion on the seat and just a plastic sheet over a board, there were only two other customers in the place. We had to ask for table service ware. The iced tea tasted like it was made last week and the pizza was doughy, very slight on the toppings and a lot of empty crust around the outside. Our server seemed very inexperienced and the kitchen staff was shouting profanities that could be heard into the dining room. We will not be back.
They gave us the wrong pizza, but made up for it by letting us take the first one home. We thought it was odd that they don't have the prices on the menu. The waitress was very nice and the food was great.
Just stopped in for lunch travelling to Chicago from Cleveland and was really pleased. The food was so hot and replenished fast. Our server was so adorable and friendly I would definitely recommend stopping for lunch here.
I usually love going to Pizza Hut but today was the day I was let down. Stuff crust pizza was not what I expected it to be usually I order and it comes out thick and really nice crust this pizza dough was plain and didn't have flavor and was flat and tasteless!!! Will be going to a different pizza hut instead cause defiance disappointed us tonight .
I haven't had Pizza hut in years because it used to be terrible.. I decided to give it a try today. IT WAS SO YUMMY! I got the big meal box. Everything was perfect.
