I don’t know what is going on but the last three times we’ve gone here they have either messed up the order 4 person family order or been out of their Staples. For example, going through drive through at 8 o’clock and the only side available was macaroni and cheese. They had nothing else. I have always given another chance because we do like KFC but how many chances do you get before you just give up?
5/8/2023 ordered a CHICKEN pot pie and it did not have one bite of chicken in it and they won’t answer the phone so you can tell them about it.I didn’t order a vegetable pot pie ! I waited in line for 6-7 cars and get to the speaker to order and they had a note card or exact cash. They should put that sign WAY before you get to the place to order so they can choose to leave if you want. This is not the first time this has happened. I would say it’s poor management if you can’t keep enough cash on hand for change.
I love KFC. This particular one it seems has arbitrarily decided to change their opening time to 11 AM and has given no notice anywhere. Google says that they open at 10:30, even their own Facebook page says 10:30 am. All their signage says the same thing, but all the people waiting in line don't matter because they don't have any conscious to even let them know.
They were nice to my dog. I like their chicken. Mashed potatoes and gravy are good. Too bad they don't have good baked beans like they used to. I remember what their cole slaw was like in the 60's. It was really good. Now it's just so - so.
Go there at 7:10 no one talks to you to take your order. Pull away people inside at counter getting helped, person at drive up window standing there talking to drive thru person!
The service was quick as the chicken was tasty, and hospitality? Shout, get outta town! Parking: Park,eat quick, and go!
The manager is the rudest and nastiest person I have ever met. Was incredibly rude and talked down to everyone that came in. The bathroom was out of soap and paper towels and the door didn't even lock. Yelled at my sister for asking for a cup of water saying that cups cost them money. We purchased drinks with our meals we also wanted water thoughShe kept looking at us while we were eating like we were going to steal the chairs we sat on. She was rude to an older lady that came in who after a few minutes of waiting to get her order taken told her she should have told her she was ready and then was incredibly rude to her because she gave her a coupon. I have worked in customer service for over 7 years and I have never seen such disrespect in my life. I will never go here again and will be making a complaint with corporate.
The food and service just isn't what it used to be. But I think that's with all fast food. This is probably just the new normal.Food: 3/5
Great food all the time.. I love the chicken..Now, the girl working the window didn't seem very attentive tho.. had to repeat my order twice. I got my food and should have checked it then and there but instead I drove home only to realize my order was short.. it was only a mashed potatoes and gravy but I still payed for it
Had a long wait ran out of biscuits but they also took 40 minutes to get our food packed food so gravy spilt in bags. . Disaponted in customer service didn't even offer any cookies to the wait. Just said sorry can't help you out.
