I already made a review a few months ago but I’d like to add onto that. I got a chicken Caesar salad this afternoon and it’s amazing every time I order there I am never disappointed. The lettuce is always fresh, and the workers are the kindest!Food: 5/5
The pizza & breadsticks were really good! And even though i messed up when i ordered online, they were super quick to get my order made. I ordered online and accidentally got switched to Archbold Marco's and paid when I ordered it. I didn't realize this til I went to pick it up. Luckily, the Manager-in-Training I believe his name was Dylan was nice enough to help me by calling Archbold and explaining what happened. He got them to cancel my order and refund my money! He was super friendly and understanding even while I was freaking out. I would definitely recommend and order there again!
Placed an order online for carry out. Picked up order then when we got home, half the order was missing. Called them and it was sitting on their shelf. Had to drive all the way back to get it and they never even offered anything for the inconvenience.

I always order from website and pick-up. Their thin and crispy crust is so good and Italian sausage is the best. I always get good quality food and service.
Of all the pizza in Defiance that I have tried so far, this is the only one not to make me quit eating after 2 slices. Ate a Ham and Pineapple pizza and actually ate much of it before becoming full. Have not done that since leaving progressive Lucas County, which didn't have much decent pizza either.Food: 4/5
I had a gathering at my home for my mothers birthday. I ordered 3 large pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 liter of pop. I did contactless delivery and in the box they provide for special instructions I stated to put pizza on INDOOR front porch. Needless to say when it is pouring rain outside you would not think this would need to even be stated BUT when it came to be past the delivery time given, I looked on tracker and it said delivered. I looked in the indoor porch and nothing. I look out onto my front steps and there they are, my soggy pizza boxes. I immediately called and was never given an apology but they did say they would speak to driver and send out certificates in the mail. Well after spending over $50 on my meal I was given two $6 gift certificates. The second one was only given because I called back to tell them they forgot my 2 liter. Im pretty sure i gave more than $6 for the tip alobe! Very disappointed in service. I enjoy the pizza when its not cold but it may be awhile before I return.
