Every week we try pizza from a different place. This week it was Pizza Hut. It's been years since I've tried it. We ordered the Big New Yorker. My kids really liked the flavor, but I thought it was just ok and waaaay too greasy. Pizza delivery was fast but the pizza arrived looking like it had been shaken around. One piece was folded in half on itself. Pizza wasn't very hot and I had to slice it myself since they had done a poor job cutting it. The quest for the best pizza continues.
I just got my pizza few minutes ago and the delivery driver yelled to me for a tip before I had the chance to look at receipts and figured it out. This was my first time ordering pizza from here pizza was good but he makes me not want to order from here again
Cold pizzas arrived 30 minutes late. I was hung up on over the phone when enquiring and when they finally arrived they weren’t even cut properly. Cold pull apart pizza with mediocre customer service.
Great food! I order during the day an in the afternoon and food is excellent. This place doesn't put less toppings when you use a coupon like other pizza places. The delivery and customer service phone reps give excellent service and if the ever make a mistake on toppings sauce or something they make it right with no arguments. Awesome food and service thanks
I ordered a pizza and the delivery person left it outside on the floor I didn't even heard him knocking when I got to it the pizza was super cold and hard. Awful delivery service !!
They made my pizza perfect. Excellent taste and cooked to perfection.
I ordered 2 orders of cheesesticks. What I received was a combined order of breadsticks with a dust of cheese underneath all the seasonings. Of course I didn't realize this until after I arrived home I live in Lorton so I decided to consider it a loss and never visit this establishment again! I honestly didn't even feel it was worth calling and complaining because what I received was no accident it was done purposely to cut corners. This review is to forewarn others before you make the mistake of ordering food here or to at least ask to see your food before you leave. I never order just plain breadsticks so it took me a while to realize all the seasonings consisted of the same seasonings which top breadsticks. It was a pathetic way to mask deception. As a business if you're low on an ingredient don't offer dishes which require said ingredient.
Better deals for small families. Bring back an inexpensive large pizza option. Also, I ordered a pizza online and the order didn’t go through. I was charged but had to order and pay again when I got there. I was told I would be refunded the original payment within 35 days. A better option would have been to just order the second pizza without being charged. I would have been happy to show the email and the bank statement that showed the charge. Thanks.
Ordered pizza today and there was a mix up, no big deal just toppings switched with pizza type. It was one of those situations where they fixed it and went the extra mile to the point where I was glad of the mix up! They were so kind to remake it, I kept the extra, and now I have extra lunch. Also seriously delicious, like the way you remember Pizza Hut from being a kid. I appreciate the staff that was there today and their great customer service! Also please never get rid of the Detroit pizza.
Detroit style pizza. Love it. More creative pizzas and if pizza hut can make a better pan pizza that would be amazing. When I was in school every kid loved the pan pizza. Its not the same but the Detroit style pizza brought me back. Keep that Detroit style pizza and maybe add a Chicago deep dish one
