Domino's Pizza

How is the manager arguing with me that this pizza isn’t burnt?????? Im furious - dinner ruined. I politely asked for a new pizza they told me to send pictures I did and then they said it’s the bbq sauce that’s burnt. I said it isn’t I’m looking at the pizza now and it’s clearly burnt and uneven in cook. They are ridiculous

Placed an order for a custom pizza wait time was average but as always I purchase the big BBQ dip with my pizza order. Well upon arrival I am given my pizza and a garlic big dip which makes no sense because garlic dip comes with the pizza anyway. I rang up to explain my issue and requested a refund. They said that it would be sorted. but now 11 days onwards I am yet to receive my refund for my BBQ big dip. garlic dip went in the bin because I cannot consume garlic. for a 25 quid order my evening was ruined. one cannot enjoy a pizza without the bbq dipping sauce. I am still awaiting my refund what can be done about this???

EDIT after seven working days: I have had to go through my bank to get my money back as the useless store staff are blaming head office and head office are saying local store should be getting in touch. This store will thief your money, don't put yourself through the stress for a rubbish pizza! I waited 40 minutes before phoning the store regarding an online order. I was then told I will be refunded my money within five working days and the order had already been cancelled by the store, even though I still haven't received confirmation of either the order being cancelled or a refund being processed. The reason given by the manager was that the store doesn't deliver to my address...despite me receiving an order from this same store a few days ago, and an item having to be redelivered separately because it was missed from the original order delivery. So Poundhill in Crawley dominos is useless, Horsham dominos is useless...I'm starting to see a pattern here. Go to Pizza Plus in Horsham instead!

AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! Use any other outlet than this one! I gave them a swerve for a few months hoping things would improve, they haven't! Poor customer service, no understanding of logic or customer's needs! Contacted customer services, said they 'Horsham' would be in touch re' messed up order, didn't bother - so neither will I AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!

They sent spicy chicken wings instead of garlic bread but red onions and tomatoes on my pizza which I never asked for then they said I would get a refund for them both and never did! Bad experience!

This is the last time I’m ordering from them! Last time we waited 1h30 on a Monday afternoon at 2pm for one pizza and some cookies… called the restaurant and all they said was: oh yeah it’s coming, sorry and hung up! this time the pizza arrived quickly but it is covered with bbq sauce… I always order the meateor pizza and this time is officially the worst one I have ever got. But on a positive note, the dough is cooked today at least!

I like the food that Dominos serves but the service is awful. To keep it short we had a problem with this shop, they refused a refund so I wrote to customer services. After 3 and half weeks I have still not had a complete response. If you cannot get it right in customer services no chance. Well looks like I will be ordering from Papa Johns or Fireway now, no excuses DOMINOS....awful

Awful service for the money you pay. This place needs a complete reshuffle! A lady called Leanne needs some lessons in customer service. Reminded me of Kevin from Kevin and Perry.

Order via the app...notified that is was ready to collect, yet had to wait 10 minutes in-store as food was not ready. Might as well just ordered while in store rather than using the app...Food: 5/5

In recent months they've just gone absolutely down hill, burning nachos black, forgetting stuff and pizza being stone cold or just straight up messing up pizza topping orders.
