Palace Pizza

Got a menu in the mail, ordered delivery from this place for the first time to try it out, definitely will not order again. Order: Rueben, Club Sandwich, Salad, Quesadilla. Total - $50.11. Customer Service: I called and ordered my meal, my order was taken by a woman named 'Serdar' and that was probably the best part of this entire interaction. She was pleasant, and helpful when I called back and asked why the price was more than anticipated, she nicely explained that the 8.99 lunch specials contained less food than the 11.99 meals & tried to offer a free soda but I heard yelling in the background and she apologized and said she couldnt b/c her boss would get mad at her. Unlucky I hope you find a better job to work at your customer service skills are wasted at this place <3. Food: Honestly really underwhelming, I like to order items that I get frequently at many restaurants so I ordered a bunch of things. Ruebens are an uncommon item that many pizza places dont have around here so I always try a places Rueben if they have one its a guilty pleasure of mine. Was made without the Russian dressing mixed into the sauerkraut, bread wasnt toasted, pretty bland. The turkey club sandwich I got was stacked with turkey all in one spot and kind of just thrown together. A bite with a .5 inch of turkey in 1 spot really isnt how you make a sandwich. Then fries were dumped on top covering it all, as you can see in the picture. I got a garden salad with no onions, and with chicken on top. I asked for ceasar dressing and got 1 packet of ceasar and one packet of thousand island? Idk maybe they thought thousand island goes on the rueben and wanted me to put it on that? The quesadilla was good, but tiny, and again, fries dumped on top. The fries were not that great and lukewarm, I thought with all the fries they gave they would be special and seasoned well, they werent worth the $3 increase in price from the lunch special price. Got a garlic bread which i assumed came with some item I ordered, very bland tasted like lightly buttered bread and wasnt really toasted. I like my garlic bread soft on the inside with a toasted exterior, but this was not that. Delivery: Delivery driver was polite and was on time for quantity of food ordered but the food was all lukewarm or cold. Maybe they dont use insulated food transporting cases.

Palace Pizza is our go to place for local pizza. The staff are friendly and always have a smile. Pizza, chicken wings, bread sticks, wraps and salads are just some of the offerings. They do offer delivery, but I 99%of the time pick up my orders. If you are looking for a friendly pizza place, then this local pizza shop is a good choice.

I absolutely love their pizza!!!! I live relatively close to Page Blvd and there are a lot of pizza nearby but none of them can hold a candle to Palace!!!! SOOOOO GOOD!!! Kid-friendliness: Staff are always kind and friendly

Grinders are the only thing I get here. Their dinners are a joke. The chicken parm were just those cheap chicken patties you'd get in a really cheap chicken sandwich, but with two slices of mozzarella on top with some sauce. The boneless buffalo wings were those same chicken patties, just sliced into long pieces and covered in buffalo wing sauce. The pizza is ok. You may like it, I don't. The deliver drivers are nice, the lady who takes the orders is nice, but their food is kinda subpar in most cases.

Over priced they fry everything in same oil order French fries and they taste like fish 50 bucks large pizza.10.wingz they smoking crack

Order pizza and wings all the time from Palace and they are very good in my opinion

Update: just tried ordering on July 10 at 3:38pm, the girl who answered the phone not Sierra was very confused when I asked for a cheese pizza. It took several minutes to place an order for a small cheese pizza pie. She called back 1 min later to say that they didn't have cheese pies. Her exact words were: "THE COOK SAID WE DONT HAVE CHEESE PIES, WE HAVE SPINACH." lol, ok then. ---------- Sierra was amazing! And the pizza never disappoints. Palace pizza is a little bit farther of a drive for me but it’s worth the drive. Customer service is 10/10 and so is the pizza. I’m originally from NYC and this is the closest that Spfld comes to NYC pizza. Deff recommend and will always come back!!!

I always love ordering from Palace Pizza, wicked good food, awesome people. Tonight the driver really stuck out. They had delivered a pizza and went on their way. An hour later they came back with a drink I had ordered. I totally forgot about it. Even if they had forgotten it would have been alright, things happen, no reason to sweat it. But he did, and that is great customer support. I love this place!

One of the many hidden jems in Springfield the casdillas are phenomenal not frozen pre-made like most pizza places around the pizza is great and the wraps are the best gotta try them if you haven't yet won't be disappointed.

I love their pizza. The dough is not chewy like other pizza shops. It light and crispy and my son would not eat any other pizza. Whatever their secret is, they should keep it up
