Paramount Pizza

Pizza is fantastic! The lady working the counter was super friendly both on the phone and in person. Only bummer was they gave us Bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch but...we are all only human. Definitely worth stopping!Food: 5/5

Stayed at a nearby hotel and walked over for a couple slices of pizza and was told no, they were out of slices. The place has no menu or signage on the wall so it’s a bit confusing what else is available. Ordered a wrap instead and asked if they could throw some bbq sauce on it — was told “no” even though they clearly have multiple bbq sauces for their wings. Paid in cash but they don’t provide change in coins so I effectively paid almost $1 extra. The wrap was skimpy but tasted pretty good. They have a very large menu and seem to be open late.

Ordered a delivery It was a pizza and chicken tenders. Driver shows up with the wrong pizza and no chicken. I didn’t blame him it was whoever took the orders fault. Immediately I call up and the same girl who took my order on the phone answers. I told her the mistake and she said I was wrong I can either pay for that pizza or get nothing. Sorry I’m not going to pay $26 and change before tip for the wrong pizza and no chicken like I ordered on the phone with her 45 mins prior. She wouldn’t accept the fact that she messed up my order. I said that I would purchase this wrong pizza at a discounted price but nope. All or nothing. Extremely rude especially since we patiently waited for our food that ended up being the wrong food. No care about customer service from her. I felt bad for the driver but hey not gonna buy something I didn’t order for a ridiculous price anyway. Never got to eat anything but 0/5 stars for that nasty girl on the phone

First time eating from this spot and let me tell you all, it was worth my every dollar! Definitely my go to spot from now on! The pizza is amazing & the wings! OMG! Finger licking good. The pepperoni 16” with extra pepperoni and for the wings I got the buffalo and honey bbq. Loved it!

Love their pizza ,salad and pasta! been going here for 5 years never had a problem a true Springfield staple.

The absolute worst experience trying to order. The person taking my order couldn't speak English. Placed my order and called back to add a cup of ice to my order and the person I spoke to then was rude and said "we don't have ice" and immediately hung up on me. I have ordered from here before and have never had an issue. Shouldn't do business if you can't even speak English. Terrible experience. Called back to cancel order and they ok thats fine with me. Lol.

The food is not the best & overpriced. They charge you for everything, I told them I want the maynoise on my burger on the side because they put too much on it makes the bread all soggy & they charged me for the side of maynoise. Coast $17.00 for a large meatball grinder & if you aak for a little more sauce they charge you extra for that too, if you want onions or peppers on your grinder there is another separate charge for that too & most other places do not do that. If you want extra cheese then it is normal to charge, but not to charge you for the maynoise on your hamburger or some onion on your grinder . You can go over to a nice place like Figaro in Enfield ct & get a nice meal in a real nice place for the prices you pay for a grinder here & it is just not worth the High coast & the meatballs were not good, they were very soft falling all apart & mushy like dog food. The burger was good though, but for the coast you can do a lot better & the quality & value for your dollar is just not here.

When you literally live down the street and your pizza arrives 1hr. 20 min late Luke warm and all toppings leaning to the right of the box.. I understand it's the busiest day of the wk.. but you need to do better...

Very good pizza and the girl that takes the orders, very nice. The reason for 3 stars is for the guy that takes the orders, no education. He just hangs up the phone without even say thank you!!

Very Confusing information on Paramount Pizza's Prices on Menu. One of the web options listed my dinner choice chicken Shish kabob over rice as 11.95...when I called in my order to Paramount it was 20.95 .so I then rechecked the web and another site for the same Place, Paramount it was 20.95..so cake, entree, and the 2liter was 31.+.. not including tip for delivery person..35..it was ok, not bad but not good..end of the day,.25$ I could have been semi ok with..but.. you know it was a sketchy ploy and play..Update the web information please when you have time Paramount Pizza's owner s..it will be good for your clientele and a honorable way to update the prices of the menu...
