Terrible customer service. I placed an order thru the app on the 16th of Feb.. When it was delivered the delivery driver gave me a tongue lashing for not leaving her a tip thru the app that I placed my order thru, while she tossed me my food which I nearly dropped. Then shoved it into me nearly knocking me over. I won't be ordering anything from them again.
Delivered a pizza we didn't order then when I called them to tell them they delivered it to the wrong house they hung up on me. Free pizza but my neighbors weren't happy.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with the Port Orchard Pizza Hut. The pizza was made and cooked perfectly, the delivery driver was friendly and we received it well under the projected 30 minutes. Will definitely order again.
Food was done quickly but.....I didnt know veggies on pizza are supposed to be burnt. Ive definitely had better and won't be going back.

January 11, 2022, 4:44pm. This is the day we received the two best thin crust pizzas EVER from any pizza restaurant. Considering it was made by the lone employee at the Port Orchard store, who was juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and still managed to keep her cool under pressure, this is quite the accomplishment. I wish I knew her name. She not only deserves a substantial raise, her management team better support her or risk losing this essential worker. From now on, we wait to order only when she’s on duty!
Disgusting. Didn't even give us the right pizza. And it was undercooked drastically.
