Love their Pizza, only get it from them. I live in Shelton, so I swing by after I visit my family on the way home, get a few meals out of it, so if I don't feel like cooking, it's ready to warm up in the microwave.
Went in seen pizza. Asked for a pepperoni. Got charged. Then told it’s a ten minute wait I said in a hurry can you cancel was told no. If there is not pizza ready at a hot and ready pizza place, it should probably be disclosed that there is a 1 minute wait
Called in an order for two pizza and a crazy bread, they told me 10 minutes, I gave them 15, got to the shop.....order still not ready and they left off one of the pizzas. Said It would be another ten minutes to fix the order! These are the people who want $15 an hour!?

Pizza hit the spot for being inexpensive hot and ready. Pizza wasn't ready when I ordered in store but it gave me enough time to go next door to Fred Meyer to buy a 2 Liter for 1.99 instead of Caesars for 2.99. By the time I came back it was ready with my free bread sticks from a coupon in the mail. Good experience in the end.
The employees were great, but I got the wrong order and couldn't get through on the phone because the mailbox was full!! So when I get compensated I will give them 4 stars because this isnt the first time this has happened!
Nick the manger is very rude. The menu is down and online is not working. Manager said they was to busy on Friday's to deal with customers service. He had no answers but disrespectful and blamed customer. Employees are rude at front counter. Is this how little Caesars runs there business? A regional manger needs to step in.
