Food is usually fine, but customer service at this location is poor at best. They are wise mouthed and disrespectful and as of today they have lost a customer. At this particular time in history, when money and getting your dollar's worth is so very important, customer service is the lynchpin. Good food but I guess when I said that was freaky fast when my sandwhich was done got thought of as an insult? Was told have a good night tool by one of the employees which was unexpected. If I offended the employee reading this I apologize but realize that you are an employee and it is your job to stay professional.Food: 5/5
The Silverdale location is much better. The bread here is always hard. This time, they screwed up the order, even after I corrected the person behind the register as they read it back to me. It's on me for not double-checking until we got home. We travel a lot, and it's frustrating to spend so much money for incorrect orders.Food: 3/5
Husband and I went to get sandwiches here and they said they were out of bread but when we got to the window, they were pulling fresh bread from the oven. We had to order those lettuce wrap things and on top of getting no tomatoes when I asked for them, one whole cucumber slice, and a pitiful amount of dressing, they STUFFED the middle with more lettuce and I only got one slice of ham, turkey, and cheese. If I wanted to pay $9 for lettuce I'd have gone to the store. On top of it all they took forever.
Ordered on doordash and left me on "preparing your food" for an hour until immediately said out for delivery and delivered. I got no food and they won't answer their phone. $23 for nothin
Asked for no lettuce.. And I guess they scraped it off or they dont care about changing gloves or WHATEVER THE HECK... if I were allergic id have a reaction just to make a point!!! I wont be returning.. Slow service. Also I think sarcastic as they apologized for putting lettuce in my first sandwich and then gave me this photo below as part of my second!
I went and ordered a sandwich, as I was waiting a customer in the lobby asked for his money back due to them forgetting about his sandwich. He explains the situation what sandwich and gets a refund. In that time I was waiting for mine for about 5 minutes he leaves. My coworkers got their food in under 2 minutes. After 10 more minutes My coworkers finish there food I ask them what’s going on with mine, and they forgot my sandwich as well. Totally the worst jimmy johns I’ve been too and won’t be going back
Food was good. Disappointed in pricing. Combo meal price is based on which sandwich you buy even though soda and chips are exact same size. It's an extra $4.90 with sandwiches 1-6 and $3.90 for all other sandwiches. You already pay extra for sandwich so why different extra pricing for combo meal? So lunch for 2 at a fast food place was $30 without tip. Guess how often we'll be going to Jimmy John's?
Best sandwich in Washington since I moved here 10 years ago. They make their own bread and I'm sooooo hooked.
I come through this Jimmy John’s frequently, and although workers aren’t usually overwhelmingly friendly, I’ve never been treated like this. I came through with a friend and we ordered dinner- 4 sandwiches. I requested that mine both be the extra large 18” size, and I often eat one and then take the other half to work the next day. When we left, we realized that I had received a normal sandwich, but they did the other sandwiches correctly. We went back through the drive through, and I agreed to pay for another #1, as the first time she had keyed the sandwich in wrong when I ordered. That’s fine, I’ll pay for it. I didn’t pay for it the first time. Today upon opening this replacement sandwich to eat it, I realized that not only did the bread feel incredibly hard, more so than usual, but they also purposefully did not put anything on my sandwich other than meat and cheese. The employee had a bad attitude, so I should have checked my second sandwich in the parking lot. She was heavier set with long dark hair, and this was in the evening. I don’t think it’s that much to just ask for another sandwich.
