The BEST McDonald's I've ever been to. Super friendly staff, order was 100% correct and out the window in less than 30 seconds, and the food was FRESH and MADE RIGHT! HUGE credits to all staff at this McDonald's. They deserve a raise.
We showed up a little before 5 when they were supposed to open and waited until 5. They still didn't have the drive thru or anything open come 5:10 or so, so we drove up to the window to see if anytime was there. The manager was there, at the window, looked at us, and walked away. So we drove back around to the drive thru, waited until 5:15, and drove back to the window to see start was going on. The manager was there again turning off the little alarm that tells them there's people in the drive thru, looked at us again, and walked off. So we drove back around, things were open, ordered, etc. The actual lady working the first window was delightful, and then we went up to the next window and it was the manager and she was super rude. Please, fix your management. She's killing the entire store.
Dined in, people were nice but they had someone new in training running the register with barely any help. Empty Tables were filthy in play area. Need to clean play area also my kids said everything was sticky Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the play place. But all empty tables were filthy so it makes me wonder how often they clean the play area. There was a kid rolling in the mop water after someone mopped a spilled coke . Wish it was cleaner.
I order door dash constantly and I prob should not order from this location. They forget meal ruining things when clearly shown on doordash tickets. I've got 4 returns on the app now and called them personally once. Forgot my syrups don't have any at home and you can't eat pancakes dry forgot my coffee entirely, delivered coffee and no cream or sugar as added to the order, and forgot 2x mcflurries one time. Please coach ur staff of order accuracy...
Well the food was great. But Note for the manager, when a customer drops over $50 in your drive thru, and YOU miss food, and don't put it in the bag, and when the customer calls, and comes in to recieve said missed food, don't question them, and basically insinuate they are liars. Do the right thing and be accountable for YOUR mistake. "manage," cause your the "manager."
It's a McDonald's. One thing that upsets me about the company is their sneaky pricing schemes. I ordered 3, 20 PC mcnugs and paid $34 with no accessory items added. The guy behind me ordered 6, 10 PC bugs and only paid $23. Why did they charge me more when my nugs delivered to me in 6 10 PC boxes. I paid extra and only got 9 sauces. His order included 12 sauces. SO UNFAIR. I feel the stores system and probably the employees should recognize this and default to the best options rather than upset me and spoil my meal. Charge me $11 more and give me less. It's definitely not a positive dining experience. Those stupid nugs are sure a tasty and easy snack when traveling. Why don't the store bought ones taste so good. The only thing I hate is the tiny bits of bone and cartilage you get in them since about 2015.
JUST DONT EVEN GO IN OR DRIVE THRU! DONT EVEN CHOOSE IT ON UBER EATS. All the employees are in their adult years! 30+ which is sad! They don’t prioritize cleaning nor do they ever make FRESH FRIES NOR SWITCHING OLD OIL!!! you can taste it in their fries! THEY ARE ALWAYS SOGGY AND STALE!! It’s impossible getting fresh fries at this McDonald’s! I’m so disappointed!!
I always like it when someone ruins my children's food. Thank you MilesHill McDonalds! I stopped after work pick up dinner for my family and my order included a few items that I ordered without onions. Not only did you put onions on the cheeseburgers you put double. When I called to talk to the manager I was told "I was on break, not sure what you want me to do about it." I would love to speak to the owners.
So, is McDonalds generally a 5 star experience? Of course not. But I'm giving this location 5 stars because they've never shorted me any items at the drive-thru, and they almost always have biscuits for my furry copilot and navigator.Food: 3/5
Workers now a days are pathetic. They cry about not making money BUT they refuse to do their job! It can't be that hard to LISTEN to what someone orders and provide it. Quarter pounders are BUY ONE GET ONE. However when I tried to order them you pretended like you had no idea what I wanted and charged me full price for both. I also said 2 CHEESEBURGER MEALS you gave me 2 cheeseburgers and charged me for 2 meals?! If I call I have to go back and pick it up. I guess if you DID YOUR JOB you would get paid! Ya think?
