I'm here to say that despite all the bad reviews, my pizza and wings showed up fantastic on a Friday night after 9pm! Large half-half speciality on a thin crust was topped perfect and cooked to perfection, and my 16 piece wing came steaming hot and well sauced! I'm including photos after we half devoured the whole order, please pardon the missing pieces and bite. Thanks Pizza Hut crew, and keep up the good work!

Positive: kid at the counter was nice, pizza tasted great  Cons: pizza was super thin I ordered hand tossed which was really disappointing. Did the recipe change to the "normal" being ridiculously thin? : pizza wasn't cut through so I had to cut it myself.  Overall not a BAD experience but if I wanted a thin crust pizza, I'd order one. If this is the new standard with pizza hut, I don't think I'll order it anymore :/

We love pizza hut. Good taste and buffalo chicken wing is the best.

The order was correct and it was less than an hour from order to in my hands.  2nd order: From the time I hit "place order" on the app, until my pizza was at my door, was 28 minutes. Pizza Hut is roughly 4 miles 10 minute drive away. Plus the time to get to my hotel room. That's efficient.

Ordered an original pan pepperoni pizza tonight. Got thin crust and crust was crumbly on the bottom. Called back and manager was cool about refunding my money for the pizza. Not sure if I'll order from here again.

I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, mini cinnamon rolls, and a 2 liter Pepsi. He delivered cherry Pepsi, the pizza was almost piled on itself and he almost left his pizza bag with me. I tried to call and got hung up on. Absolutely horrible service.

First and las time  time ordering from this location. I ordered  two pizzas and boneless chicken wings. Pizzas were flavorless like eating cardboard. They forgot to put any seasoning on the crust of either pizza. Chicken pieces had barely any buffalo sauce on them and the container they came in was smashed like somebody had punched it. Food quality and customer service was plain horrible.

This pizza hut, like any pizza place, is touch and go. Sometimes food is on point, others not so much. Ordered light sauce and looks like they did extra. Ordered all flat wings, they gave me all drumsticks. Like if they didn't wanna do all flat ones they could have just done the half and half like normal. Just gotta live with it when you aren't the one preparing your own food I guess.

If you actually want food, don't order from this place. Ordered delivery tonight and it never arrived. Nobody at the store ever picked up when I tried to call. Spent over an hour on hold waiting to get through. And of course the people at the call center just hung on me when I tried to explain what was going on and that I couldn't get through to the store when they tried to transfer me. Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a pizza place.
