PUPPY AND CHILD NEAR THE FOOD AND IN THE BACK ROOM. Normally, i don't have an issue with Papa Murphys, but this needs to be addressed. Went to pick up one of their ready made pizzas a couple days ago XLNY and after waiting ten minutes, a young woman comes out of the back with a wrapped pizza in her hand which she unwrapped and adds pepperoni to it. This alone is certainly not worth the time for a review. What is worthy of this review is that she came out with a child walking behind her, and that child was holding a puppy. Three kids took the puppy near the food to Maja the pizza and also to the front counter. I have no problem with children or puppies, but when it concerns my food, I want neither around for obvious reasons. After arriving home, I did find a little dog hair on my pizza, so I threw it out. I won't be going back to this location. I understand it can be hard to find a sitter, but it's better to just call out if you can't find one. Unacceptable!
My last visit was alright. Mostly they're awesome. You literally order anything. You can remove/add ingredients to any of the pizza combinations already on the menu. This location is busy most times you'd expect it to be football days, weekends, etc..Food: 5/5
This location was our go to because literally less than 5 minutes from the house. The last 5 pizzas we got were not done very well crust seemed old and not much toppings. We started going to the mountlake terrace one across town from us because that one is much better. We'll we gave them another chance after months. Bad idea, there was hardly any cheese on our pizza plus all of the pepperoni was stuck to the plastic. I called just to say hey we were just in there and spent 60 on 3 pizzas and just make sure the next guys actually get cheese on their pizza dude hung up on me.
This location has really taken a dive lately. Last few times I've ordered they can't even get all of the dough in the pan and there's absolutely no consistency in the amount of toppings.
Do Not come here. This is precisely what the employees want and they have no problem showing it to the customers who come by. The boy at the front was super unprofessional and loves arguing with people. If Corporate cares about their reputation they should replace staff IMMEDIATELY. The person who takes orders got upset with me over a mere error and had no problem showing his careless attitude and very rude behavior that was completely unnecessary. I can’t believe I actually had an experience like this and will not be coming back and will be filing a escalation report with corporate. Yeah, that bad, Stay Away. Besides I wouldn’t trust the food here anyways after seeing how careless they are. I am glad to know to stay away.
Today I tried again to get a pizza at this place in Lynnwood. Again they can't take my credit card because their machine is down. They could make me a pizza if I had cash. Then tell me it is $25.00 I don't carry cash around with me so I left. Parking: Always hard to find a parking spot. Only one handicap space and its always full as they are next door to Safeway
I used to like this one. I dont know what happened. I asked for galic sauce once and was told they do substitutions. I looked at the boy who said that and told him i have been doing substitutions since before he was born. This time i asked for it and got charged a dollar. They said it was premium. This is the ONLY one that has ever given me any problems. I will never go back. They need to make some changes. They used to be really nice. Within the last 6 months they have really changed.
Ordered pizza on October 31st after they processed my card I was than informed they didn't have dough to make my order. I was told I would get a refund. I still haven't seen my refund.
I visited Papa Murphy’s on 11/23/2021 at or around 5:30. I had ordered my pizza at 4:30pm and when I got to the store it was not ready. I noticed there were about 30 order slips on the counter. The manager lady told me that someone had called in sick and another went on vacation. I was a little upset at first, but stepped back and watched 2 girls and a guy bust out pizzas at record speeds. They were doing a great job in spite of their set backs. Great job guys. Your owner should take you guys out for drinks after killing it the way you did!
