My husband and I pulled up to the board, and a male voice states, "Please order whenever you are ready, would you like to add a dessert?" Before he could finish his last three words a female voice says, "Hello!" 3 times. In confusion, we ordered only 2 Large Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, 1 Large Corn, and a Regular Coleslaw. Per each item the female staff kept repeating in a rude tone, "is that all?" The car in front of us pulls forward, and we get to the pay window, he tells us our total, and we pay. He then says, "Go ahead and pull up we'll bring it out to you." My husband states, "No thank you we can wait right here." And the male staff responds, "I'M ON A TIMER SIR. JUST PULL FORWARDS WE'LL BRING IT OUT AT THE SAME TIME." We pulled forwards to a rude female staff who pratically threw our order in our window. She didn't say a word but she had a rude glare as she damn near threw the order in the car. As a former Fast-Food Restaurant General Manager, we don't -in no way- ask customers to pull forwards because of a timer. If your timer is beeping, work faster to beat your time. That's what they're there for. And from the time we pulled up to the board to your pay window, it was only 2 minutes. And 2 minutes is because the rude female staff kept cutting my husband off to ask, "Is that all?" If you are going to have an attitude, DON'T WORK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS! And... if you are taking an order, REPEATING "ANYTHING ELSE" and/or "IS THAT ALL" shows you need more training. Mind you, if you are having a bad day, it is not us customers who control how you control your own emotions.
Quick service. Had to pick up an Uber Eats order and by the time I got here, the order was ready and sitting on the counter. Employees did a great job keeping the store cleaned! Thanks for all your hard work especially during these times!
Went through drive thru and placed my order, stated my selection numerous times 4, and I proceeded forward to pay and asked several more times if the order was correct. Was informed it was all correct. When I arrived at my destination, a short time later noticed it was incorrect and was told when I called it was the wrong order. And to come back and they would make it right. Upon arrival back to KFC they informed me they would not honor the girls' statement! Therefore, I will never patronize KFC again!!!
came in to get 2 extra crispy breasts around 8:00pm. They had no breast either original or crispy. I said I'll wait 25 minutes. I was told the fry cook already cleaned the fryer and that he was going to go home even though they close at 10pm. So I went to the KFC in Shoreline where they still had fresh breast at 8pm.Food: 1/5
It took longer than expected to get the food. The food was good and at an appropriate temperature. It was difficult to hear the employee through the speaker.Food: 4/5
Disappointed, was there to pick up a mobile order and was given the wrong food. Had to turn back around and wait an additional 20 minutes. When I arrived home found out we were missing 2 pieces of chicken and the chicken they did serve were old and dry.
Terrible service. Waited 35-40 minutes and the guy at the counter was very rude and dismissive to the fact that we have waited and also been asked by 3 employees what our order was while waiting. Avoid this place unless you have 40 minutes to waste. He never even apologized just put the bag on the counter and walked away. I came inside and said yeah I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes and he just set the bag down. I asked for ketchup and he flicked his fingers at someone else to grab it for me. If he’s in charge he shouldn’t be. I’ve been coming here since the early 2000s and I stopped coming several years ago for this exact reason. Glad I could remind myself why I still avoid this place
Super disappointed in the mount of food i received for $15. It was very tasty, yet I remember the boxes from 9 almost 10 years ago that were so full and you couldn't even finish them! I would rather go to a real restaurant and buy a full meal and drink for that price.
Was waiting in drive thru 10 minutes early and staff member came out to say they weren't ready to open not done and wanted me to wait inside. Ordered wings only had 12 they were blonde and flavorless ordered w extra crispy thighs since they had no more wings and again chicken blonde not crispy and no seasoning in the coating I came home and seasoned. Won't go back. Embarrassing and unprepared for the day.
Disgusting.. up there with Jack in the box, save yourself a nasty meal and skip this place. Ordered extra crispy and it was extra soggy, not to mention NO FLAVOR WHAT SO EVER... Tasted like soggy cardboard not to mention nauseous, never ever again.
