Waitress was very nice and pleasant. Cheese fingers are just pizza dough and cheese. We thought they were like mozzarella sticks but I guess we should have asked. Our pizza came and seemed ok I tile we found a long black hair baked into the cheese. Immediately told the waitress and she asked if we wanted another one. I told her my appetite was lost. She came back with the bill and told us her manager told her as we ate a bunch before finding the hair she could only give us 50% off the pizza. I could tell she seemed a bit embarrassed about the offer as this is rather cheap being "WE FOUND A BIG HAIR IN OUR PIZZA!!!!" And lost our appetite and ruined our dinner. We didn't want a confrontation and just paid our bill and generously tipped the waitress as is wasn't her fault and we were more disappointed with the cook(I think was the owner) and the manager who was too cheap to give us our 1/2 eaten hair pizza for free. Every problem is an opportunity to shine and make a long time customer. Pizza factory did not step up.

Ordered a half chicken diner with spaghetti for delivery, half dried out spaghetti with a half a chicken that was raised in Ethiopia! Order came to $19.95 gave the delivery driver $40.00 And asked for $15.00 back...no change!! Really? Said to me the owner took all the cash out of the till! The lady I ordered from was less than pleasent, talked to me like I should be grateful for her time on the phone. Don't waste your time or money on this chicken coop!

Don’t waste your money. Sub par ingredients, the toppings didn’t even cover the entire pizza and all I ordered was a small pepperoni pizza. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Terrible dining experience. Long wait time for food. Pizza had very little taste. Calzone was no better than a hot pocket and about the same size. It was cut into thirds when served. Only the middle 3rd had any of the ingredients I ordered. Tasted like I ordered a plate of pizza crusts. No taste! Sent it back. I ordered the salad with extra dressing. Didn't get that either. The dressing covered about a 1/4 of the salad greens. Not pleased.

The meal took longer than I would have expected for, what seemed, a quiet-ish Fri. evening in Osoyoos. Ordered the half chicken meal which incl. a smaller order of pasta and a piece of garlic toast. The half chix was, at most, a single breast. HALF what?! A joke...was not even a quarter chicken! The pasta dish (veg) was well prepared...nice! baked cheese on top. And to close, as this was delivery food, the business did not include a plastic fork/knife which is an obvious given when food is delivered.
