I’ve had nothing but issues with this place. They talk over you, speed through their instructions and then treat you like an idiot when you missed any details. They have cost me time and money. I sent important emails to people and they never replied, only to find out later those people quit. I’ve tried to solve issues over the phone, in the branch and face to face with managers and lead loan officers and it’s the same thing over and over. Once my current loan is paid I’ll never do business here again. Can’t wait.

I was a newly divorcee with two small children when my  water heater broke down,  I had no one to  turn to. In the process I also had quickly  find a Financial Institution that would take care of my family need in case of emergencies. I walked into PFCU sat down and explained my emergency, two days later I had a new water heater installed and have never locked back. This was September 5th, 1995....Thank you and God Bless
