Wells Fargo Bank

The employees here are very kind. They helped me set up my accounts even though I was very young. They have been very kind with helping me with any problems i have. We also use this branch for my work.

All I have to say is that the manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and antagonistic. I came in because I had simply lost my ID when camping for solar eclipse, and I brought in two forms of secondary ID, as well as knowing my social security number, date of birth, and seeing me in there with my ID in the past. Absolutely unprofessional, and I have now made the decision to leave Wells Fargo for good!

This branch itself is nice along with the staff there, however it is Wells Fargo and they have fees for almost everything. They charged me $3 for 3 checks. That is quite a lot of cash... The three stars is more for the bank Wells Fargo than for this branch in particular.

Not any of the branches but the whole bank in general. As a customer of this bank for over 12 years with over five accounts they are not willing to help me out as far as establishing credit but there sure are willing to charge me a fee for everything and who knows what other illegal things they're doing. I don't think you're in any position to judge anybody's financial positions when they're ripping us off.
