I would give negative stars if possible. Jennifer in the bank off greenhurst was the least bit helpful. She didnt know what she was doing and apparently closed out one of my accounts without telling me so a new one was created and it showed up on my credit that I closed an account which made my credit score go from 731 to 699... I have never been so disgusted which any service received from a bank before. She obviously needs more training or to be fired.

When you walk in everyone is so nice & friendly. It's hard nowadays to find smiling faces & eagerness to make you feel welcome. If the person your talking to can't answer your questions they direct you to the person that can.
