Pioneer Energy Gas Station

This place does not even deserve one star after the experience I had tonight, old pump gas, debit/credit card not even working at the gas pump and you can't even insert your card point either. The guy that was there tonight was probably the owner who was not there the past few months as I have never seen him and I was going on a consistent basis. There used to be a nice guy working, that knew how to operate the machine and add points whether or not I paid already , which is also the same process at other gas station with air miles for examples. The owner dares to say he cannot add points after his wife attempted to do it, he was full of lies just to cover on the fact that he does not know how to operate as a cashier and would not even listen to me. Bottom line, if you are the owner and never worked there, stop lying, learn how to cash in and add points and don't lie about other gas station. Shame on you, you don't even respect loyal customers and I hope other clients will notice your lies and lack of tact. No point to go that gas station, there are plenty of other one operated by respectful people and with much more common sense. Think a sec, your pump gas are so old that it does not even read the card point, so most of the time even if it is possible to pay at the pump , clients still have to go to the cashier to add points..........

What a coincidence lol, I overheard your conversation at the gas station and I feel your pain Joe. How can the owner not even know who was working at his gas station just a few days ago...He seems very retarded, but at least the lady admitted she was new. I am not planning to go there anymore just because the gas station is so old and after witnessing how he treats his customers, FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!! I know the young guy used to add points on my card too and after I paid at the pump...that owner should learn a bit more of his business ans stop bullshitting customers, what a damn rat.....

A very rude and vile lady named Donna works at this station. She started barking at me for the pump malfunctioning and was generally extremely unpleasant. Please train your employees, particularly an older woman named Donna, to treat patrons with respect. There was no reason for her to have an attitude when dealing with me. I have never been treated like that by a customer facing employee. I also noticed her dismissing other customers and waving them away - so awful.
