I was verbally assaulted by a man named Robert. This man should never be working in customer service. I was inquiring about a carwash where the drying system shut off automatically and did not dry my vehicle. He was very rude and very unhelpful. He began getting very angry and distraught and refused to do anything about it. He then got up in my face where I could smell his breath and told me to F*** off and leave his store. I will be writing a formal complaint to head office and never visiting this establishment again.

Only Shell has the auto clicky thingy on their pumps so you can clean the garbage out of your car while the pump automatically fills your car with gas. What a time to be alive! The staff is really friendly here, the place is kept tidy. The car wash is great. They won't let you in the store after 12am, you know, because of all the gangs that roam the streets of Oakville/Burlington at night... Seriously guys, it's annoying and costs you business, why can't you be 24hrs like everyone else.

Car wash is good. Service can be better, station can be cleaner. Prices are usually higher than the Shell at Third/Speers.

The new touch less car wash was excellent. Good location situated near lakeshore but not very busy. Peter was very helpful in giving me directions.

I had an issue with my 90 car wash pass as I called the toll free number to get this resolved, and when I finished the call, I spoke with the gentleman behind the register briefly explaining about my card and was very kind to give me a receipt to still attend the car wash. The car wash is a newly update touch less car wash and now made this location one of my favorites. Thanks for the very kind services and a great update on the car wash.
