The service is good, no issue with the workers and since they’ve renovated the place it looks nice.nnMy only issue is that for a few times now and even before they had the renovation, everytime I put premium in my car, it always misfires on startup, I thought there was some weird after rain condensation going on and it goes away after a few drives. I avoided going to this gas station and since then the misfires have stopped. Not sure if anyone has experienced this before but this is just my observation, I don’t think I can go back anymore.

I was there around 3:30 p.m today, and received terrible service.There are no signs at the pumps indicating they take Visa and not Mastercard. Only when I went inside to find out why the prepay wasn’t accepting my card was I told. I was told they also take debit, so I went back outside and tried using debit and had the same issue- card rejected. I went inside once again for assistance and the attendant was on the phone and remained on the phone the entire time I was standing there waiting for him. After waiting 10 minutes for him to acknowledge me, I finally left and went to the Petro-Canada up the street, and used my Mastercard, without issue, to fill up there. I will not be returning to this Shell location. Horrible customer service!

DONT GO HERE ! Terrible customer service. Rude woman working cash, store front closes and will not let you in the store even before 10pm, also would not sell lotto tickets even thought it was before 10pm. The Esso across the street was amazing, store front open and still selling lotto tickets.
