As others have said, the older white male is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The car wash system recently changed, making our car wash ticket that we purchased 2 weeks ago unusable. He refused to refund the ticket or to give us his managers contact info. When asked for his managers info, he stated that he didn’t have any. We asked how he gets in contact with his manager, and he said that he texts him. We then asked what phone number he texts, and he said he doesn’t know and doesn’t bring his phone to work. I am disgusted by this employees behaviour and won’t be returning to this location.

Usually get gas here. Never had any issues. The convenience store is also good.

I went to this gas station as an emergency, I entered the store and asked where they had gas cans, so I could buy one, and buy some gas and take to my car. When I went to the pump, the attendant blocked it, and started saying in the speakers that the gas was not included with the can, I replied that I knew and I was going to pay for the gas. But he kept repeating and not allowing me to get the gas, until I started screaming at him from the gas pump. He was insulting me in front of the other clients, assuming that I was not going to pay for the gas. I was not even able to run away with it, as I also had to carry my baby daughter as well. I will never get back to this station again. Completely unprofessional staff.

The gentleman that works nights ( elderly white male) always gives a hard time when it comes to paying. When given a 100 dollar bill (the new bill) he said it was store policy to not accept 100 dollar bills. When given 40 dollars in straight change he threatened that if the money was even 5 cents short he would call the police. On another occasion he asked to pre pay and he mentioned that this is because we may not have enough money. I should be allowed to put gas into my car for any amount that I choose, plus I always put the best grade into my car since it's high end. I believe he may be a racist. It's always a bad experience when he is on shift. I usually choose this station because it is closer to home but I do not want to support this ESSO gas station anymore.
