We are planning to relocate to the St. Catherine’s /Niagara area and were looking for some good builders. After some research we learned Pinewood has been in that region for more than 45 years and have some great condos, houses and even commercial lots. That reassured us we would be in good hands. We have been through their virtual tours and were able to understand they are really good at what they do. The condos and family homes look amazing and we can’t wait to hit the beautiful trails and hop over to the Falls whenever we please.
Are you looking for town-homes or semis around St. Catherine’s/ Niagara? Suggest you get in touch with Pinewood Homes. They really do build great homes. And when I called the office, the staff gave me all the information I needed. The lots are decently located, quite close to the Highway, downtown and of course The Falls!
I have always thought of the Niagara region as a "tourist spot". So I was pleasantly surprised to see some really nice neighbourhoods with some great looking homes from Pinewood. After some enquiries with the really courteous Pinewood staff I was told that there are some decent homes coming up close to Lundy's Lane area. Nice! Keep up the good work.
You can’t go wrong with Pinewood. They have over 46 years in the industry and have focused on expanding into the Niagara region. Their developments like Smart Townes and Arbour Vale look totally amazing.
The model home of Arbour Vale looks absolutely beautiful! Therefore, I called Pinewood to get more details. The person on the phone was incredibly helpful and courteous. I can't wait to get the chance to own one of these amazing homes!
