Great service & work from their field techs -especially Gary. Very disappointed with the lack of people skills from Jason in their management. After spending a lot of money with them over the past two years (new AC, new furnace, new hot water tank + annual service work), I expected more courteous response from them even if my request for help could not be met due to their heavy bookings for the next month. - posted by Terry Noble.

Evans was the "ONLY" Lennox provider (of the two I contacted)in the area that KEPT the appointment to come, evaluate and eventually install the correct system for our homes needs. They are always professional, prompt and punctual. The  (energy efficient)furnace/A/C/HRV system installed has been keeping our home comfortable for the past year and a half. Could not be happier

Pat came this morning, within 24hrs of my call,  to service my non working gas fireplace. The service I received was extremely professional. He had it cleaned up and working again in no time. It was great to see a service man who was so knowledgeable, willing to pass on knowledge to me, very clearly enjoys his work and takes pride in it! Thank you, I'm so glad I called Evans!!

Cam, the technician, was knowledgeable and a good communicator. He knows his trade and explained the issues to us in a clear, non-technical manner. He is a valuable asset to the Evans organization.
