To build our dream house, we started looking for builders across Niagara region. DRT was referred to us by a neighbour who works for a few local home construction companies. His kind help lead us the right direction! After granting the contract of a 3000 sq. ft. two storey double car garage home to DRT out of 3 offers, the project was started in April 2017 as PLANNED. We had the new home key in Mid Dec the same year as PLANNED. Not only did we get our beautiful home, we also developed friendships with the team of DRT, Isabella and Erin. I have to say they are such lovely ladies with smiles, ideas, details, skills, patients and the most important – customer satisfaction is always their priority. DRT team • Stands behind what they say on timing, payment, construction and finishes • Helps with design improvements • Recommends reliable and competitive local retail suppliers • Communicates with customers seamlessly and promptly • Does the best to satisfy the customers’ need and wishes • Knows the trends and quality of building products • Corrects to customer satisfaction after PDI • Has great project management ability and trades such as kitchen cabinets, stone and brick, tile and hardwood flooring, windows and doors, soffit and eavestrough, heating and air cooling (our neighbour) etc. We are very lucky to have made the right decision by working with DRT. Our new home is eye-catching with amazing qualities inside. We appreciate all the helps from the DRT team – Isabella and Roman. DRT Custom Homes recently built an addition onto our home and a custom pool shed as well. They were simply amazing to work with. I've built several custom homes for my family over the years and know that building a home or doing a major reno involves a lot of time, effort and even some challenges along the way. I would strongly recommend DRT to anyone looking to build a quality custom home or doing a major renovation. They used outstanding trades (who were courtesy and friendly to work with) and Roman and Isabella (owners) were very patient with us throughout our project, as we made changes and finalized details. DRT is by far the best builder I have worked with - nothing is ever a problem for them (this is so unique in the world of builders). They are very professional and a true pleasure to work with. An outstanding builder in every way!
