Quick service, hot food, great prices, friendly staff, comfortable seating.
All food was cooked from frozen. Nothing is homemade and you can taste it. Plates we had: - spinach dip. Overcooked, cheese was dark brown on top. Decent flavour - loaded potatoe skins. Grainy, dry, flavourless - fish and chips. Fish was well battered and good. Fries had good texture but were not seasoned at all - burger. Sauce was good. Patties were overcooked and not seasoned at all - pie and ice cream. Not homemade and no ice cream despite the title - all the dips or sauces come in individual plastic servings Service: it took us 15 minutes to get water. We were offered lemons, they were forgotten. The waitress then noticed, said she'd grab some and didn't. Appetizers took 20 minutes to arrive then entrees only 5 minutes later. Pacing was poor and led to food stacking at the table in a half full restaurant. We had to ask for additional mayo for the fries three times. We had to place our dessert order twice. To say this place is disappointing is an understatement. Bottom of my list for eats in Fredericton.
This time they served me burnt toast, burnt bacon. Didn't come back to check on me for refills. Numerous trips, same result. My order has been sent back wrong in multiple occasions, even after mentioning it to staff. I've had to reorder meals I've already ordered. Going to stop recommending this spot from now on.
This was my first time at Pine Tree, and I will definitely be going back. Really good food, a great menu, and really reasonable prices. The restaurant was bright, very clean and wonderful staff. I really enjoyed my first visit. Can't wait to go back.

A great pub food experience! Home of the Wally Burger!! Five out of five will keep coming back.
Breakfast potatoes and scrabbled eggs are so tiny that you need a spoon to eat them! Pine Tree does not think about seniors with no teeth! Other than the potatoes and eggs being small it's okay!
Food is good, service is HORRIBLE 4 servers gathered at bar socializing didn't even bother to ask how the meals were & we sat there with empty glasses of water

So upset, first time eating at your restaurant and you forget my bacon and Sausage I paid extra for. And when I call in they are ruse and dont appoligize, just tell me to drive all thet way back in town to get it! What a rip off!! Bad experience
