Wow!  I came back to Fredericton to visit family and friends, and always miss my Fav Korean places in Ottawa. But, that changed today. Yes, Joes diner has great Korean Bibimbap. Home cooked perfection, if my home was Korea. Such a great find in small town Fredericton.    Several months later and tried the pork bibimbap.  Loved it.   Back again and found a new menu item... pork cutlet. Very nice!  I uploaded a photo.

All around a great experience. Comfort food served in a 50's dinner atmosphere. A must stop for a delicious breakfast
