This pilot has come a long way with staff and cleanliness. Parking is small and tight and usually crowded but as close to Chicago as I like to stop. Good place to watch rookies get in the way of other rookies. Truck stop follies at its best.

I usually stop here from time to time over the past 12 yrs of my driving career. Usually don't have any issues with the staff.. BUT today had a manager give me dirty looks the whole time I was getting coffee .. Continued even when I checked out and then literally through my change at me. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN..

Pretty good place. Showers are new and clean with a fan and ice cold A/C. Nice store. Was here for the weekend to deliver Monday. Store sells beer. Also a sports bar behind McDonald's within walking distance (2 fers). Parking is a little congested but nothing a trucker can't handle. Late night it does get packed. I recommend this place.

Reporting as a truck driver; this place is often crowded and difficult to get into. The cement around the fuel islands is often slick with diesel spills and the cement is broken. There is not much room for parking. There is fairly easy access from the freeway however.

All the coffee was empty this morning at 6am. Had to ask them if they would make more. The enhanced wifi that I pay yearly for doesn't even reach the parking lot. So much for their "mind blowing,movie watching wifi". But the staff is very nice.
