Great food as always. Look forward to stopping here when I can. Don't think I've had a bad meal and the bakery always makes for a nice treat for later. One of my favorite places to stop in the whole country.

Incredible feast “Shrimp Casino” on a bed of mushrooms and spinach perfectly prepared! 50th Anniversary Special Menu showing off their skill. Excellent Breakfast menu also enjoyed my poached eggs and spinach/mushrooms w/pesto and feta

Amazing. I had the meatloaf special. Honestly the meatloaf was kind of bland, but the entire bite was amazing. It took a little while to figure out if it was the gravy or the crisp onion strings that gave it the wonderful flavor. I finally settled on the gravy. Fresh house made mashed potatoes. And proton size is not for the faint of heart. But I did manage to fit in a piece of the pumpkin cheesecake. It was great. The only thing I had an issue with was the dollop of whipped creamthat did not age well. It tasted a bit old. But it came off easy, and that solved anything I could complain about.

Don't let the fact that it's a truck stop fool you ... this place is great! I always love eating there when I'm "home" for a visit. :)
