Like everything in clover Dale this place seems like something out of the 90s. Concepts a bit odd. You can pick anything you want and fill it till the box is full. The food it's self is ok. The spicy noodles were good

They have been shut down for many health and safety issues. Three of the infractions were crucial, including failure to ensure storage shelves are designed to protect against contamination, failure to protect food from contamination and the food premise being maintained in a manner to permit insects. THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN DO NOT EAT HERE YOU Shut down as of June 6th

If I could give Pick n Chus 0 stars, I would. My twin brother and I got food poisoning there 2 Christmases in a row about 8 years ago now. I've never been back at pick n chus, I dont even trust the rest of the food court anymore. The only place me and my friends eat at Cloverdale now, is Tim Hortons!!

When I crave for fast food Chinese, Pick N Chus is the place to go. A must visit food stall whenever I visit this mall. I also admire those family who work hard daily to bring Canadian Fast food Chinese.

Absolutely zero customer service. The lady cashing out is very rude and not helpful. There were some edible items but most I threw away. I tried it before and thought let me try again. The only thing that changed was the higher price. She charged me $1 more but I forgot to close the lid and she told me the lid cannot close so she charged more. There was no negotiation with her. It seems to be a great deal but the container is shallow so 'filling' it up doesn't take much. I guess they know ppl will always buy Chinese food so need to serve with a smile. Avoid them and try something else!

Food was decent, for what you pay. Also the pricing isn’t confusing pic a box and fill it... the lady actually put more in my box cause I didn’t take enough lol It’s a buffet style one time Chinese food kinda cool honestly. If you want the best Chinese food, go to a sit down one, if you want decent mall Chinese food where you get a lot of food, this is it.

Never had a bad experience here. Serving very standard Canadian Chinese food. Definitely on the oily side tho

I’ve always found the prices to be very reasonable and considering the inflation rates they still keep prices the same. Amazing beef!

Are you guys using MSG? I see many bad reviews here mentioning oily food and food poisoning, Star rating not so good either. I was debating on trying your food the other day but after reading your reviews and one of my fellow co-workers getting sick the next day, I'm hesitant! I would appreciate a response back from the owner of this business
