Sharon and her staff were very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Nice location and environment. I went there on the recommendation of one of her patients and am glad I took their advice. Very highly recommended - two thumbs up.

Came in for treatment regarding a herniated disc which was pinching my femoral nerve causing extreme nerve pain in my right leg. Within one month of treatment, the nerve pain spread into my left leg. The Physiotherapist I had, made me shift my hip to the left ( "to get the pressure off the right side" ) and bent me backwards 12 times while standing up. Afterwards I had a burning sensation in my left lower back....week later I had nerve pain in my left leg. I believe she ruptured the disc even more and it spread to the other side. The exercises they had me do also irritated my neck and caused radiating pain into my arms. I came here for help for 2 issues and today I suffer with a spine that is completely messed up and will most likely need surgery. I am an extremely active person and now i may not be able to do the things i was once able to do....Thanks PhysioNow! It is unfortunate that my ordeal was made significantly worse. I read all these positive reviews and know a friend who was efficiently treated for sciatic nerve pain at this location however it was not the case for me. I can conclude that MRI and official diagnoses should be crucial to start any treatment plan. You can't fix something if you don't know exactly what is going on.

Best Clinic in the city!?! I've been blessed with the best service and staff experience at all of Physio Now's locations and would proudly reccomend this business to all of my friends and family. Treatment options with multiple procedure techniques allowed Sharon and her team to pin-point my areas which needed work to recover completely. I am currently undergoing physiotherapy at Physio Now, Applewood Sports & Physiotherapy Ltd, Mississauga and would like to say that it has been a pleasant and rewarding experience. Sharon Tierney and her team are very considerate, friendly and helpful. I would like to extend a special thank you to Sheena John who has recently joined and has been working with me for the past 2 weeks in Sharon's absence. Sheena's treatment and exercises have helped tremendously with my vertigo issues and the pain in my right extremity has diminished considerably. I can now walk without support of a cane.I look forward to further improvement and regaining my normal level of activities.
