Been here in the past for other issues and always am pleased with the results. Stef is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I came today with a new ailment which he has diagnosed. I’ll do the recommended exercises and come for treatment. I’m confident pain-free healing is in my future. I was happy to see Alison is here as well. She is awesome and has treated me in the past. I definitely recommend POL.
Prior to seeking help from Steph Physiotherapy the pain and discomfort in my shoulder was such that I couldn't drive for more than 30 minutes. After a few weeks of intensive treatments and following the prescribed exercise regimen I was able to drive to Florida in April and do several more long driving trips this summer. This is a spacious and well equipped clinic with professional, caring staff and great music! I highly recommend this clinic.
I have been going to POL for over 5 years now for physio and massage. Steph is great. He is patient, personable, more importantly understands the issues and gets to the root of the problem right away. The staff there are great. I have worked with Alison and she is a great physiotherapist. Overall a great experience.
I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years. Dr. Jennifer is amazing! She is a very knowledgeable chiropractor and has really helped me overcome a few injuries over the years. I have also worked with Steph and he is a great physiotherapist. Overall, the staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!
Physiotherapy on Lakeshore POL has very friendly staff and the clinic is very clean. There are two adorable dogs in the clinic that are very friendly and have a great demeanour. I’ve seen Steph for physiotherapy and he really takes the time to ensure he gets to the root of the issues and tears them accordingly. He gets in deep into the muscle tissues; as painful as it can be, it is very effective. Great clinic and I highly recommend everyone to go there for therapy.
Would recommend Physiotherapy on Lakeshore to anyone looking for a fantastic physio clinic. Situated in a great location, staff is friendly and accommodating and most importantly their services have really helped in my healing process. I visited Physiotherapy on Lakeshore for treatment for some problems I was having with my lower back and hip. I was seen and treated by Steph, the physiotherapist, as well as Jennifer, the acupuncturist and chiropractor. I've seen such a huge change in just a short period of time. The staff was warm and welcoming and super helpful! I will definitely continue to have my treatments there and return with any future issues. Highly recommended!
I been in this amazing clinic for about six years, pleasant environment very clean, nice staff ;Steph is very professional, dedicated and friendly. I feel happy and safe doing my physiotherapy acupuncture ,massages therapy etc on this clinic. I cannot fail to mention the two attentive and cutes dogs that greet you friendly and affectionate. That is why I highly recommend .,thank you Steph and all staff.
I had several therapy sessions with Physiotherapy on Lakeshore. And I am quite happy with their help so far. I'd like to give a shout-out to my registered physiotherapist Steph Secord, who in my opinion is a great listener, knows what he does as a professional, and is genuinely patient and empathetic towards his patients. Also kudos to their front desk lady. It is a stressful position but I think she balances it well with high efficiency and respects. If you visit their website, you will notice that they provide a wide range of therapy sessions including massage and acupuncture. Overall I think it is a great place to be. Approach everything with a smile and you will find the world become nicer to you.
I really enjoy getting massages from Soraia! The attention to detail is fantastic, she seems to remember the level of pressure I like and really hits my problem areas. We have some good conversations, and the chat + massage feels like a much needed break from the stresses of daily life. I always feel so good the few days after a massage with her, and I will keep coming back!
