I love the friendly reception from Adam/Elysha, everything is explained really well and always at your own pace. The treatment/exercise plans are tailored for you personally, you are certainly not "a number". Excellent service. I feel much better after two sessions and am quite happy with the treatment. I will come back and recommend others who are seeking fast and reliable treatment.

My goal in committing to Physio is not only to manage pain, but to better understand how to care for my body; both present and future! Each piece of expertise information that Adam shares, and often has to repeat, helps me to achieve my goal and REVERSE unhealthy habits. Elysha is a fantastic physiotherapist. She is professional and takes the time to answer all my questions. Her treatments have been very effective on my neck and shoulder injury. I highly recommend her!

Adam is an exceptional physiotherapist! He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain ones injury and the rationale behind an exercise and treatment plan. He is very thorough with his assessment, applying various methods and techniques to ensure an optimal outcome, rather than a one-size fits all approach. Most importantly though, he does not schedule unnecessary appointments but rather individualizes treatment for a speedy recovery.

I've had the opportunity to be treated by Adam Chang for the past two years and he's helped me recover from and ensure injuries do not reoccur and heal quickly. As a track athlete, I often require treatment and I usually see Adam weekly. Adam is extremely thorough in his work and explains his analysis in detail, giving patience an understanding of how muscles, tendons etc work and how he can ensure recovery! Adam has become one of my favourite people, and it's always a pleasure to have him a part of my week !
