Lifemark Physiotherapy City Centre

I am currently getting therapy for Post Concussion Syndrome. Caroline, Quinlan, Jaclin, and Alicia are the ladies that are helping me to recovery. At the beginning I had a hard time with symptoms, but I am so much better now. I am getting stronger and my symptoms are beginning to decrease. They are amazing! Very encouraging, and positive. I get 10 massages yearly at least and this is the first one I feel the need to leave a negative review of. The masseuse did not leave the room and allow me privacy to undress and get comfortable so I stayed in my jeans. The lights were not dimmed and were left on. There was no relaxing music and the bed and face hole were covered in crappy paper like In a doctors office. There was also no cradles for my arms. 95% of the massage was done through a rough cheap motel feeling towel and only the last 5 minutes were done with her hands and oil directly on my skin. I go for deep massages and expect some discomfort and honestly encourage it for the best results, I am also a large man. However this woman honestly hurt me and for the first time in at least 100 massage visits had to ask her to ease up. It wasn’t so much the pressure but she would only use her bony little elbow or worse she would dig her fingers into sensitive areas. It’s been over a week and I’m still bruised in areas I didn’t even ask for treatment. All in all it was the worst massage in ever way and I’m shocked at all the positive ratings this business has. Take it from someone who knows what a massage should feel like.... avoid this place.

This is my second time at this location. Both times experience was exceptional. Both the physiotherapist Caroline and her assistant Alisha did a great and remarkable job. I feel much better today than when I first walked in the clinic few weeks ago. Not to mention the friendly and smiley receiptionst. They also do the insurance claim submission on time and I get reimbursed promptly on time. Thank you.

The entire staff here is truly amazing, friendly and very supportive. My physiotherapist Kuljeet is so carrying and very professional. He has great knowledge and big experience I can rely on. My pain levels have reduced significantly from the first visit. He fixes me up when I’m down. Also Hong and her amazing deep tissue massages make you feel that you are in good hands. They took the time to understand what issues I have and they help me in every way possible. Could not recommend them enough!

Great place and friendly knowledgeable staff. This is my third time I've used this centre for multiple injuries and never disappointed with the end result of recovery. I've been treated by Joanne and currently by Caroline and are both great therapist.👍👍
