Great classic Vietnamese joint. Veggies are always fresh. Worth trying different things until you find your favorite. Fast for take out. Mine is 41. Takeout menu is hard to find so here ya go.
I lived in Minneapolis for 6 years and this was my go to restaurant. The people are nice, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places of visited. I live a little further out now, but still plan to make the drive and continue to visit.

Best place, amazing fresh flood, fast service, great people. I’m so grateful and happy they opened back up after closing right when the pandemic hit. It’s back and the atmosphere and food are still great!! I’m very pleased ! Love ya Pho Tao Bay!!
Wonderful,, 4 of us for late lunch. Everyone had something different, including appetizers.1st time for 3 of us. I want to go back tomorrow lol. So good. Spotless restaurant
