Ladysmith Pharmasave has been a valued member of the Ladysmith community since 1980, and part of the Pharmasave brand since its creation.

At Pharmasave we really believe "Community Matters." You will often find us ouside of the store at local events, trade shows, health fairs, the ball field, Senior's centres or cheering on the Ladysmith Ambassadors. We feel we have a social responsibility to pitch in with our customers and with our town.

A great store with a little bit of everything!
Medication was to be picked up. As I had been in a premise where the coronavirus had caused ailments to a close friend, I contacted the Pharmasave and asked if they may please deliver. Ensuring that I stay away from the public for a duration, I thank Pharmasave very much for delivering my prescription. To add on to that, it was delivered keeping distance with a smile. Thank-you so much.
Every. Single. Time. I’ve gone in here the staff go absolutely above and beyond. They are always friendly and thrilled to answer any questions you may have, they always try to find solutions for you without being prompted to, and ALWAYS are overall lovely to deal with. I wish more pharmacies were like this. Customer for life.nnEmployees have always been helpful, they make sure to ask how my medication is working and if I've noticed any side effects yet every time I refill.nnVery knowledgeable staff you can usually talk to the same person instead of a random pharmacist each time like larger pharmacy chains.nnI would recommend them to anyone with a prescription!!
